This is a quasi-restored Honda SL70 in Aquarius Blue. After purchasing the bike, I painted the frame, installed all new seals in the engine and other misc pieces. The good: - The exhaust is all original with no holes or weak places - New fork seals - New footpeg rubbers - Rust free wheels and tank - New rear tire/tubes - Original seat - Runs good, no noises - Headlight burns great on low and high The not as good: - Repo SL70 stickers and one Honda sticker - The speedo is a 3-speed from a CT70 and only works correctly up to 25mph. no wires are connected - The battery & rear brake light won’t handle much night riding. Could be a rectifier problem - The front fender is spray bomb Ford blue It’s not a perfect bike, but I ride it down to the beach regularly with no problems. The pictures were taken at Palos Verdes, several miles from home. It has a current California registration in my name.On May-09-11 at 18:53:58 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: I didn't remove the ID plate when I painted the frame... but it is pretty rough. I attached pictures of the serial number on the frame, ID tag and motor. The motor doesn't match the frame but I believe its of the correct vintage.
