Arrive in Style - Open Air Cruising! This could be the most gorgeous color Jaguar ever offered on a vehicle. For sale is this beautiful 2000 Jaguar XK8 Convertible with low miles. It is garage kept and has never been smoked in. I am the second owner of this vehicle and have enjoyed every minute of driving it. This car will get you noticed - I've had a lot of compliments on the color, people love it. The car is in excellent shape overall with a small stone chip in the hood and only minor body blemishes to be expected in 11 year old car. The steering wheel has minor wear in the leather in two spots. There are no door dings, the paint shines like new and the car has been recently detailed. The leather seats have normal wear and there is a small stain on the passenger seat which is difficult to notice. There is a small paint spill in the trunk that you'll see in the photos. With some patience, it will come out. The CD changer in the trunk skips and probably just needs adjustment (who uses CD's anyway?). The stereo is the original Alpine system with dual sub-woofers. All power items work perfectly and the roof goes up and down flawlessly without the need for any latching or unlatching. The roof is in excellent condition with no rips, holes or leaks. The rear window in the roof is glass with working rear defrost.This gorgeous car has brand new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires which are Z rated with 95%+ tread remaining. There is a FULL size spare in the trunk with the original Pirelli PZero tire on it (used once for about 100 miles). Also has new front brakes and rotors. Engine is a strong 4.0 Litre V8 rated at 290-hp @ 6,100 rpm with 290 lbs.-ft. torque @ 4,250 rpm. The engine runs great and sounds like a true sports car at full throttle. At idle, she purrs...fuel economy is 17city/24 hwy. I've always used Mobil 1 synthetic oil and premium fuel.The vehicle is fully equipped with all options available except navigation. Options include dual power heated seats and homelink transmitter. The A/C blows ice cold and the heat works great. Included are two key remotes, two standard ignition keys and a valet key.
