1956 Buick Estate Wagon All original 322 Nailhead motor Very rare! 2nd rarest car produced other than the convertible, and less of these are still on the road! From what I was told, the car was originally purchased here in Colorado, and has spent it's entire life here. Body is straight and very solid for the year. There was some rust on the bottom of the front corner panels, but the previous owner had it repaired by a body shop. It looks like there is a little rust on the rear tailgate as well, but besides that there are no major dents or dings that I can see. Interior is mostly there, but the upholstery is dried out from age and will probably need to be replaced. The windshield has a crack right in the center, but the rest of the glass is good. The motor is currently out of the car. I haven't tried starting it yet, but the crank does turn over by hand and seems to have compression. I believe the original mileage is somewhere around 40,000. I will have to check the odometer when I get home. In one of the pictures, you can see the original rubber undercoating peeling off, but the floorboards underneath are very solid. I had to use the "Roadmaster" category in eBay since there wasn't a category for"Estate Wagon".On May-12-11 at 12:58:58 PDT, seller added the following information: I just got home and checked the odometer. I was mistaken on the miles, I apologize. Actual mileage shows as 05417. The guy I got it from said he was the original owner's son, so the title still says "0" miles since they bought it new. It could be 5417 original miles, but I highly doubt it. There is no "Mileage Discrepancy" noted on the title, so the DMV records would probably show it as original miles when you transfer the title over. -Tim
