Putting this truck up for sale because of too little space and too many projects. Grandpa bought it in 55 or 56 and used it on his farm till my dad bought it in 69. Dad and I put a 4 speed in it mid 70's and added the tall sides to haul wheat to town. It spent it's final road days hauling water to the neighbor's cistern using the 500? gallon tank shown in one picture. Somewhere in the mid to late 80's we parked it due to this new thing called rural water. This truck has a great running flat head V8 that still starts easy. It drives just fine but has no brakes. Fuel tank is flaked inside so I am using a plastic gas jug with a hose hooked to the fuel pump. Tubes between the water pumps and radiator are all taped up and leak but the radiator and block have never frozen and do not leak. This truck will drive up on your trailer and stop with the hand brake. As seen in the pictures, there is a replacement front left fender panel to replace the dented one. The truck bed wood is all gone but all metal strips are still intact. Tailgate is in poor shape and has been brazed. One rusted hole in floor just forward of the passenger position. The rest of the floor and the bottoms of the doors are not rusted. Lights still work and the heater blower still runs (needs lube). Glass is pretty much delaminated or gone. Trim and chrome pieces still intact. Once again-----This truck starts and runs smooth-----will drive onto your trailer. Let me know if you need more specific pictures or details on the truck.
