1997 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado 1997 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado, extended cab, blue/green metallic in color, a result of a subsequent forfeiture. This vehicle is a 1997 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado, extended cab, with the odometer showing 234,939 miles, however, we have no way of knowing its accuracy. This vehicle has a 5.7 liter V8 engine. This vehicle is equipped with air conditioning, power mirrors, power locks, power windows, and cruise control, however, the air conditioning and power mirrors do not work. There is an Alpine stereo. There are after market headlights and taillights. There is dual exhaust and also a box liner. This vehicle has some rust and many scratches and dents and the passenger side has some damage. The driver's mirror is cracked. The front tires are approximately 75% worn and the back tires are approximately 25% worn. This vehicle runs and was last started and driven on 4-28-2011, however, it needs a new battery. The past maintenance and repair history of this vehicle is unknown and it is being sold as is. This vehicle was seized in an investigation which resulted in the subsequent forfeiture from a DWI in March 2009. When the vehicle was confiscated, it was being driven on the public streets and mechanically running. The title is registered to the Alexandria Police Department, is cleared and ready for new owner transfer.
