Vehicle Detail
Original 39,500 miles car,,,, drive it anywere right now. Has some cosmetic issues,,, small amount of rust coming out from behind some of the moldings. Leather seat has some wear at drivers seat side (only),,, (see picture) ,,, I have a gallon of unopened factory matched paint, one quart of reducer and one piont of catalyst,,, and a brand new in the box (inner door panel),,,, Tires are 80%,,,, Bumper fillers done 3 years ago,,, fuel pump was replaced although the car ran perfect,,, (age wears out a fuel pump, as well as miles),,,,, good brakes,, new muffler,, This car has never been rusted out and then fixed,,, never was crashed and fixed,,,,90% of ther paint you see is FACTORY PAINT,,,, I personaly bought this car with a original 19,000 miles from a estate broker in Westchester County New York. An elderly gentleman purchased it new as the last car he would ever buy. He put the 19,000 miles on it over 10 years,,,, passed away and the wife kept it garaged for another 10 years before she sold it. I personaly am a member of the Rolls Royce Owners Club, and am selling one of those as well,, (coming up on e-bay) ,,, 1959 Rolls Royce, SC-1,,, LHD,,, 2 tone garnet over silver,,, $28,500.00 starting price,, Please understand I will not be answering stupid questions, (for example gas mileage). Buying classic cars,, or special interest cars (IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART),,,,, If you're worried sick about a purchase such as this,,,, I suggest you go buy a 98' Toyota Camry and be done. I will rather not deal with people that act like they are buying a house. It's a entry level, up coming classic for chump change. This car gets thumbs up and attention everywere it goes.On May-02-11 at 08:33:54 PDT, seller added the following information: Thank You for your understanding bidders / watchers. I had TRADE scenario advertised and this auction got shut down. I use ebay classifieds and other advertiseing,,,, I wasn't thinking. Also,,,,, One picture shows red seatbelts in this car. For some reason, the stock seatbelts sewing became unraveled. To do a quick fix, I found a car being parted out,,, purchased the seatbelts, (red),, and installed them. <<<< Since then I did go to a shop that has industrial sewing machines,,, got the blue ones sewn to better than factory specs. So the correct seatbelt color is in the car. <<<< Also,,, I installed new air shocks so the car sits up proud like it should. No sagging suspension. Those are another thing that go bad from age, (rubber bladder dries out) and suspension sags. <<<< ALL FIXED>>>>
