1974 Honda CB

I'm a small engine guy and took this bike on as a wim. I don't know much about it, other than it appears to be complete and doesn't look like a bike guy would take too much to get it running. The trans is not locked. The kickstart moves the engine. I did learn from the owner that he put on a new starter about 3 years ago. Wheels roll some what stiffly. Cables are stiff. The owner states it was last ridden 3-4 years ago, but he was not able to find the title. I worked with the government and will have a fresh title in my name in 5 to 10 business days. My intention was to restore this bike and relive some of my youth. But I found that I don't have the time or the inclination to learn about Honda twin engines. Besides, I need the space in my garage." In that youth I ran one up to 105 mph. I am older now. I claim to be wiser. By selling it now, I avoid the temptation to find out if that it true. Someone who's opinion I trust said that these 450 CB's are Honda's masterpiece. Please pick this one up and give it the care it deserves.
