Seller will accept cash or cashier's check. If using cashier's check the item needs to be picked up during Purchaser's bank's business hours so Seller can call and verify the check, or a copy of the check must be scanned and emailed to Seller before pickup so Seller can call and verify its legitimacy with Purchaser's bank before pickup. If item is not paid for within 7 days Seller shall have all rights to the item to keep or sell the item as Seller so chooses. This shall not limit any rights Seller may have against Purchaser for breach. Pickup and Shipping Item can be picked up locally. If Purchaser desires that item be shipped, it is the job of Purchaser to arrange and pay for shipping. Seller can assist with loading. Item must be picked up within 14 days of sale unless agreed to otherwise before purchase. Payment must be received before pickup. In the event of any post purchase dispute or complaint by Purchaser, Seller, if Seller so chooses, shall have the right to refund the purchase price and Purchaser shall return the item as a way of settling the dispute. This shall in no way require Seller to offer a refund to Purchaser. In no event shall Purchaser ever be liable for any amount more than the purchase price. Further, refund of the purchase price to Purchaser and return of the item to Seller shall be the limit of liability of Seller.
