Hello Ebay shoppers. What we have here is a vintage Mercedes Benz 240 D. I purchased this car less than a month ago with the idea of reselling. The car is located in Iowa City, Iowa and is not for sale locally. I will wait until the end of this auction to seek other buyers outside of Ebay. This car is well above average for a 30-year-old automobile. It starts and runs perfectly. I purchased the car in Clinton, Iowa from the second owner, who had the car for most of its life. Without his constant upkeep and no-expense spared attitude, this 240 D would not be what it is today. Here is a list of the new parts that I have noticed. -New Exhaust (pictured)-New Radiator-New Water Pump-New Hoses and Belts-New Alternator and Battery-New Fuel Filter (and from appearance, the fuel system has been gone through) (this car has never been a veggie diesel)-New Shocks-New Struts -Upgraded to CD player-Newer Tires (about 80 percent tread) I understand that it is going to take the right person to love this car, but I'm sure you're out there. Whether your intentions are to make her a veggie diesel, or you just want to own a vintage Mercedes. This car has lots of fun left in her. We will be accepting Paypal and the car will be sold as is.
