Welcome, Up for auction is used 1958 short box step side Apache pickup. The truck has a 235 straight 6 cylinder with a 3 speed manual on the tree. The instrument cluster had been replaced so the odometer is not correct and was told the engine is a 1955. This truck purrs like a kitten and goes down the road very well for a truck of this age. It was restored many many years ago. It does have rust and body work showing. Clutch, brakes, suspension are all in good shape. The frame is solid and the floor boards have been repaired. The wipers run slow but do work. Speedometer is erratic, gas and coolant gauges don't work. The glass is decent does have some delamination and right vent window has a crack and no rear view mirror. Headlights work great. Has newer interior. Fresh coolant and oil change. New wood deck in box, the original deck still in place. Has remote oil filter, newer plugs, points, shocks, brake shoes and hardware, new side mirrors, low miles on the cooper tires which are in great shape, also newer U joints, wiper blades, carb rebuild. The topper shown in the picture is not fastened to the truck but does comes with it. Drivers window regular needs work. This is a cool old truck that you could restore or drive as is.
