THIS IS A 2ND CAR. WAS PURCHASED AS A PROJECT. NEVER GOT AROUND IT. DROVE IT OFF AND ON FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. BOUGHT IT FOR $2,900 IN ALMOST THE SAME STATE IT IS TODAY! ALL I DID IS BOUGHT NEW BMW WHEELS FOR IT THAT SAME WEEK, WHICH I AM LEAVING ON (COST ME ABOUT 2K ADDITIONAL) IT IS A GREAT CAR! AND THAT'S MAY BE WHY I OWN TWO. I DID NOT WASH NOR SHINE THE CAR FOR THE PICTURES. ALL THE CAR NEEDS IS SOMEONE WHO HAS THE TIME AND WILLINGNESS TO CARE AND TEND TO ALL OF THOSE COSMETIC, AND NON MECHANICAL FIXING UPS. I JUST HAVE NEITHER. THE ENGINE IS STRONG AND CLEAN. SMOOTH TRANSMITION. COMFORTABLE BLACK LEATHER INTERIOR THAT SHOWS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. POWER SEATS AND FRONT DUAL SEAT HEATER ALL WORKING. 6 CD PLAYER IN TRUNK IS WORKING PERFECTLY. ALL CONTROLS ON STEERING WHEEL, INCLUDING CRUISE CONTROL, ARE WORKING. AUTO ADJUST PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR WHEN IN REVERSE WORKS. ALL POWER WINDOWS ARE WORKING. ALL LIGHTS WORK. NO WARNING ENGINE LIGHTS! THE ABS AND AIR BAGS LIGHTS STAY ON BUT IT IS ONLY RELATED TO FAULTING MODULES WHICH ARE ALSO ON SALE ON EBAY. THESE DO NOT AFFECT THE OPERATING OF THE SYSTEMS THEMSELVES. THE CAR DRIVES AND STOP PERFECTLY! IT IS MECHANICALLY SOUND! JUST DID AN OIL, AND AIR FILTER CHANGE A MONTH AGO. 3 OF THE DOOR LOCKS (see picture) ARE MISSING THE PLASTIC TOP ($15.00 EACH ON EBAY). POWER WINDOW IN THE BACK ARE ALL WORKING BUT ONE OF THEM IS MISSING THE OUTSIDE PLASTIC (see picture)YOU PUSH ON TO UP AND DOWN THE WINDOW ($14.00 ON EBAY). ALL LIGHTS ON THE SWITCHES ARE WORKING. THE WOOD CIGARETTE LIGHTER TRAY IN THE REAR IS MISSING ($12.95 ON EBAY) THE POWER LOCK INSIDE OF THE CAR IS STICKY AND MISSING THE TOP PLASTIC PART. THE SUNROOF WHILE IN TILT POSITION WAS PUSHED DOWN WHILE THE CAR WAS PARKED IN TOWN. IT IS NOW FUNCTIONING BUT WILL ONLY OPEN AS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE. THE SWITCH FOR IT WORKS AND THE SUNROOF PULLS BACK, BUT ONLY SO FAR BECAUSE THE TILT MECHANISM IS OFF PLACE. THE COVER ON THE CEILING WHERE THE SUNROOF CONTROLS ARE COMES OFF ($15.00 ON EBAY) THERE IS A SMALL DENT ON THE DRIVER SIDE (JUST HAPPENED 2 WEEKS AGO) A CAR BACKED OUT OF A RESIDENTIAL GARAGE RIGHT INTO MY CAR (SLOW SPEED). CAN BE PULLED OUT EASILY WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS. THERE IS SOME DISCOLORATION ON THE FRONT HOOD, WITH MINIMAL SCRATCHES AND DINGS AND DONGS AROUND THE BODY. I COULDN'T QUITE GET IT WITH THE CAMERA. ALL IN ALL WITH TIME AND A SMALL EFFORT THERE IS NOTHING THERE THAT CANNOT BE FIXED AT A MINIMAL COST AND YOUR TIME. IF YOU HAVE THE KNOW HOW. MOST OF THE PARTS NEEDED CAN BE FOUND CHEAP ON EBAY. LIKE I SAID NOTHING MECHANICAL. I HAVE A CLEAR TITLE, AND THE CAR HAS CALIFORNIA TAGS GOOD TILL AUGUST 2011. SERIOUS BIDDER ONLY, PLEASE! Now to the legal stuff. This vechile is sold As-IS. Clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. Engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. Complete and verifiable service records. (Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category) Good $3,650 Free of any major defects. Clean title history, the paints, body, and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. Little or no rust on this vehicle.
