Vehicle Detail
This is a 1 owner 4x4 Bronco with only 49,000 miles on it. This is supported by Autocheck which you can click on for free above. It has the 5.0 motor so still gets good gas mileage (better than the 5.8) and can easily tow almost anything you want to tow. It has been mainly used on a large farm and has been in California all of it's life. It has a clean title with no accidents and is registered and has a current smog check. It is clean inside and out with no dents and nothing above and beyond normal wear and tear. It has an Alpine cd player but everything else is completely stock. The seats are original and in good condition with no tears at all. The carpet is pretty clean also. The interior is tan cloth. The tires are in good shape. It has some surface edge rust (very common with all fullsize bronco's) but this can easily be wire brushed and painted with any common rust inhibiting paint. I have not done it yet as it does not bother me. California is a very dry climate so the surface rust that is there will most likely just stay the same for the next 10 years or more. The windshield has a couple of chips in it. It is a 21 year old but overall is in great shape. You can even sleep in the back when camping if you fold the rear seat forward which is nice. I am a licensed small car dealer (just me) but really only buy vehicles for myself, neighbors and family members. I work as an electrician fulltime but when I saw how clean this Bronco was I just had to buy it. If you are in California you will have to add sales tax if you win the auction. If you are out of state you won't have to pay sales tax. There are no other fees. I will also do the dmv for you. You'd have to pay salestax when you buy privately anyways and do the dmv yourself. Atleast with me you won't have to spend 2 hours or more at the dmv. I also have a white Bronco I drive daily so am very familiar with these. They are the best SUV ever built in my opinion. I honestly just laugh when I see Range Rovers and Hummer H2's because they are so expensive to buy, maintain and put gas into and still cannot keep up with a full size Bronco on any trail, snow or sand unless they have serious aftermarket accessories added. These Bronco's stock can outperform any other stock SUV on the market. And the top comes off (legally) which is really nice in the summertime. I say legally because beginning in 1992 Ford stopped putting instructions in the owner's manual telling you how to take the top off because that was the 1st year they began placing a stoplight in the top and hooking rear shoulder seat belts into the top also. They did not want to encourage removal to comply with Federal Safety Standards. If you take the top off you are removing manufacturer safety features thereby making it illegal. I know it sounds odd but it is an enforceable ticket oddly enough. You don't have to worry about this if you buy a pre-1992 Bronco. Lastly, please be reasonable with your expectations. This has low miles but is still a 21 year old vehicle. To me the simple things like the rear window rolls up slowly and the driver's door electric lock actuator does not work (although still locks with the key of course) don't bother me but may bother someone who is expecting a brand new showroom Bronco. It really looks as good as the photos show but I just want to make sure you still know it is 21 years old. But if you want a stock virgin Bronco this is it. There are not many left out there. Most of these on Ebay have been offroaded to death and/or have some aftermarket lift-kit that may or may not have been installed correctly or are on their 2nd paint job and have seat covers over their torn up seats. Here is why people love these Bronco's: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l75ouc4S3gs&feature=related After you win it: I can pick you up at a local airport if you live far away and you can drive it home. I live near John Wayne Santa Ana, Ontario and LAX airports. I can also drop it off at a local shipper if you want as most will ship anywhere in the US for around $700 to your front door. I may be able to also use an auction shipper for around $300 although they'd only take it to a local auction in your area where you'd have to meet and pick up there. I am not sure about that option yet though. But we can figure it out easily enough. Good luck and email me if you have ?'sOn Apr-21-11 at 21:12:51 PDT, seller added the following information: If you decide to buy the Bronco I can store it for you for up to 4 weeks free inside my warehouse if you need the time to come pick it up. I would of course expect you to pay for the Bronco within a week of the end of the auction but just wanted to give you some breathing room as far as picking it up if that is what you prefer. On Apr-23-11 at 12:36:44 PDT, seller added the following information: I am lowering the buy-it-now price by $100 each day for the next 4 days. There have been 368 people who have looked at my ad and 28 people actively "watching" the ad. So if you want to buy-it-now don't hesitate to long. You can wait until the last day but keep in mind as I lower the price each day someone may decide that is the price they feel is fair and they will hit the buy-it-now button. I'd hate to see you lose out over a few hundred dollars is all. I wanted to add that the smog check results of my Bronco also support the low miles. It passed the emissions and evap test easily with very low scores that are close to the results of a new motor. The compression is good and it idles smooth. I've been receiving ?'s about the smaller details that need attention on this Bronco: 1) The bottom drivetrain of the Bronco is muddy. It was on a farm and the clay has basically attached itself to the underside. I have tried to spray it off with a hose nozzle but it won't come off. It does not bother me as it is a 4 wheel drive and they do get dirty underneath. 2) It has an inch square flaw on the hood paint, almost like a blob of tree sap sat too long on the paint. This can be touched up easily. On Apr-23-11 at 17:22:02 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been asked to change the buy-it-now to $4000 which I have done. I hope this helps.
