1984 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce, 2 seater roadster, fuel injected 2.0 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual, RWD. Fun little sports car made in Italy, Classy and Sporty. Silver with Blue leather interior. 94k original miles, previous owner owned car for 15 years. Car has rusted out rocker panels, and has rust in the rear quarter panels as well. They make replacement rocker panels, and I know a good body guy. The rest of the car seems solid, car is worth fixing. There has been a lot of money put into this Alfa spider in the last year, it now has NEW TIRES, both in-tank fuel pump and mid-line fuel pump are both new as well, and the alternator was also reciently replaced. Full set of 5 star Alfa wheels with full size matching spare, tire tool kit, blue leather interior, soft top needs replaced (because of a hole in the back window). Alfa starts right up and runs good, but it doesnt rev up like it should when you hit the gas, so you cant drive it home. It revs up to around 2k, but for some reason you cant get it to rev more than that. I was told it was one of the fuel pumps, had both of them replaced now, and it still does it. I am not an Alfa mechanic or anything, but feel it should be an easy fix, becuase there is only so many things it could be, and I just ruled out the fuel pumps. I also had a new idle control valve installed, and that didnt fix it either. It does start right up and run, you can drive it onto a trailer. Good brakes, radio works, all lights work (even reverse lights), runs good, but not road worthy, needs some tinkering to fine-tune and make it street-able again. This car was last tagged for road use in 2009. I have the original owners manual, several reciepts, full set of keys, and a clean Kansas title in hand. This car is the poor mans Ferrari, a fun gas saving little sports car to zip around town in.
