Up for auction is my 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham which is in like new condition and has only 22,756 actual miles. The interior of this Fleetwood is in absolute new condition. The carpets are perfect with no stains or wear marks. The leather is in perfect condition with no wear marks, stains, or cracks. The headliner is perfect and does not sag. Everything works including the Cold AC, CD Player Radio, Dual Power Seats with Heaters, All 4 Power Windows, and the Door Locks. On a scale of 1 to 10 the interior is a perfect 10. The trunk of this Cadillac shows as new. The trunk lining is perfect with no wear marks or stains. The original full sized spare tire has never been on the ground. The trunk's condition is a perfect 10. The exterior of this Fleetwood has no scratches, dents, or scrapes. All body panels are in perfect alignment. The paint still shines as new. The car has always been garaged it's entire life. The bumpers and impact strips are perfect. The outside lower stainless panels are perfect. The vinyl top is perfect. There are two pinhead sized rock chips on the hood. I have filled them in with touch up paint. They will not show up in pictures. The exterior of this Fleetwood would be a 9.9 (I deducted for the two chips). The undercarriage has no rust. There is no undercoating on this car. The car never been driven in the winter in the ice and salt. This Cadillac has never been used as a daily driver, just driven periodically for pleasure. Mechanically speaking everything works as new. Absolutely nothing needs done to this car. In the spring of 2006 the following work was completed: Four new tires, eight new spark plugs and wires, engine cooling flush with new radiator hoses installed, new AC compressor installed with new freon, new mufflers installed (original stainless steel pipes were reused), transmission fluid flushed, and new air and fuel filters installed. Beginning after the first 2,000 miles the car has had the oil changed every time with Mobil 1. I have all the receipts for everything that has been done to this Cadillac in a three ring notebook. Included in the sale is a complete 3 volume shop manual set, the original window sticker, owners manual set, and the original new car orientation tape. On Apr-19-11 at 12:36:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Autocheck says this Cadillac has had five owners. That is not correct. Owner number one from Maryland leased this car when it was new and then at lease end purchased it. I have copies of the lease and then of the purchase. Owner number two was a good friend of his and was from Georgia. I have copies of the Georgia title to prove this. I am the third owner from Iowa. The odometer on this Cadillac Fleetwood has not been rolled back. No one can roll back the odometer on a digital dash. The miles on this car are correct and honest!!
