Up for auction is a 2001 Ford Mustang GT. It is equipped with a powerfull 4.6L V8 and an automatic. This car has not been modified or molested like soooo many v8 mustangs are. Im saying, this car is a stock GT and drives like it should and is reliable like it should be. She is VERY fun to drive, I get compliments on her constantly at gas stations or parking lots or neighbors etc. The paint job on this car was done right and it looks amazing in person. The car has 82,500 miles on it. The engine has had a tune up recently and really runs great! It has absolutely no noise from the engine while it is running, it runs extremely smooth. The exhaust runs quiet at idle, but has a nice throaty tone when you are hitting the gas. There are no check engine lights, and all gauges (oil pressure, coolant temp, battery voltage) read exactly where they should be at. The transmission works like it should, and everything in the drivetrain feels good and tight. The car is also equipped with traction control and abs. The interior is in good shape for a 2001. The seats are black leather with some wear noticeable up close but no fades, rips, tears etc. The 6 disc audio 6 speaker amplified sound package sounds awesome. The driver seat is powered along with all available power options. Everything interior is in good working order and nothing is missing. The interior has no stains and is very clean, there are some scuffs on the driver door and steering wheel, but nothing that really catches your eye. Overall the interior on this car is in good shape. The exterior of this car is what really turns heads. The pictures do NOT do this car justice. The body is free of any scratches. Most cars with stripes are actually stickers put on the car which dont hold up very long, this car is actually painted stripes under the clear coat. The paint color is the factory zinc yellow. The only flaws in the exterior (cant even see in the pictures 10' away) is a 3.5" crack in the valence of the rear bumper, and a chip on the bottom of the trunk lid about half the size of a penny, and a rock chip about 1/8" x 1/16" in the front bumper. The car has been looked over extensively by an ASE certified mechanic. 5k miles ago the inner and outer tie rod ends have been replaced, the front wheel bearings, 4 tires and battery, and a fresh allignment. This car needs nothing! I have reciepts in a folder for all the work done.
