We only have snow and ice a couple times a year in Dallas, but when needed on snow pack the AWD works great. The eight-way power driver seat can be raised or lowered a full three inches (really nice!). Also included are: tinted glass, tachometer, lighted vanity mirrors, power rack & pinion steering, leather-wrapped tilt/telescopic steering wheel w/ memory feature and integrated gauge cluster. The car has 4-wheel disk brakes, exterior temp/compass gauges, dual climate control, dual exhaust, leather covered steering wheel, fog lamps and adjustable xenon headlights. The rear seats fold down forward to a flat position and recline for comfort. The interior is equipped with lower anchors & tethers for children (LATCH system). This one also has the factory digital Vehicle Information display with 6.3" LCD screen and joystick control. The functions here include: trip computer with travel time, distance, and average MPH readouts, fuel economy, miles to empty, and programmable service alerts. I found the programmable services alerts most convenient for reminders on oil changes and tire rotations. I am the second owner of this car, purchased it at 9525 miles. The automobile has been well maintained following factory recommended service intervals as I planned to drive this one for at least another 100,000 miles. I have run Mobil1 synthetic oil since purchase. Had new front breaks and rotors at the Infiniti dealership last August; while at the dealership the service rep mentioned Infiniti was extending the factory warranty on the FX’s dashboard, he pointed out a small bubble that I had not even noticed. And to my amazement they put a new dashboard in at no charge, did a beautiful job, making the interior look fresh & new. (Made me a happy camper!) At 70,000 miles I had a flush and replacement of all fluids including transmission, front and rear differentials. The engine is very responsive and ride is like new – smooth, straight, and true. I include all original manuals, books, and 2 original keys with remote wireless entry control and panic alarms. I just installed four new Nitto NT 420S tires with only 2200 miles of use. Steering is quick and responsive, much like a sport sedan. The elevated ride height is great to see over the traffic, yet the FX35 feels balanced and under control, even in fast corners, while managing to provide a comfortable luxurious ride. Priced UNDER Kelly Blue Book Private Party Values. Blue Book indicates the following private party values for this model: $21,320 for excellent condition, $20,370 for good condition, and $18,720 for fair condition. I rate this car somewhere between excellent & good, but that’s for you to judge.
