This auction is for a 1992 gmc 1 ton vandura with a hydramaster 4.0 truck mounted professional carpet cleaning machine. Included in the auction is the van, extractor machine, waste water tank, vacuum and solution hose reels, approx. 200 ft of vac hose, 100 gallon fresh water tank and the flojet pump. I do not have any solution hose, wands or any other accessories not mentioned. The van runs great. It has ice cold a/c, a cd player, automatic transmission with a 5.7 v8. The transmission is a remanufactured 400 turbo with very few miles on it. The engine runs very strong and sounds great. The interior of the van is in good condition with exception of the drivers side seat as shown in pic. The exterior is very solid also. There is some rust through on the lower drivers side rocker panel and a little starting to form on the pass side wheel well. Overall very good condition for a 92 and better than most. There are a few small dings here and there but no large dents. The van drives great but i believe the left front caliper is sticking because when you apply the brakes it wants to pull to the left. Not a big deal and i do drive it like that but its something that should be addressed. I just never got around to it. There is some rust in the coolant also from sitting so much so it could use a coolant system flush. Other than these small issues i cant think of anything else it needs except maybe an oil change. Everything else seems to work as it should.The miles on the van are also very low for the year and it should provide many more years of service. The carpet cleaning machine is a hydramaster 4.0 with a 20 hp briggs and stratton vanguard v twin. It has a roots blower and a hydra pump. Hour meter is showing approx. 2200 hrs. The motor sounds good and strong, and the pump and blower work good also.The unit was professionally installed in van over plywood and indoor/outdoor carpet. There is 100 gallon fresh water tank installed in van so you wouldnt need to borrow someones water from their hose. To get the water from the tank to the machine there is a flojet pump. The waste tank i believe is a 50 or 55 gallon. The battery for the machine is also good and isnt very old.There is also a solution and vacuum hose reel mounted as seen in pics that has about 200 feet of vacuum hose on it. This machine hasnt been used for a couple of years so it will need some servicing. There will probably be some leaks at fittings that will need to be replaced or tightened from sitting and the machine has a leak from underneath, maybe a hose or could possibly be the heat exchanger is leaking. Theres really no way to tell unless you unmount the machine and raise it up for access. If its the heat exchanger it could probably be welded if its cracked. I also broke the plastic lid on the flojet pump by sitting my wand on top of it so it will need replacing. You can buy just the wet end of the pump or just replace the whole pump, ive seen them on ebay for around a $100. There are 3 gauges on the front of the machine and i know for sure one doesnt work but i cant remember which one, it could be all three by now.They are available at a hydramaster dealer or an online supply house such as interlink supply. I think they are from 30-60 dollars.The other components are also readily available. I have disclosed any and all issues I know about the van and carpet cleaner and I am not representing this to be a buy today go to work tomorrow outfit. However, with some minor servicing you could save a lot of money and have a nice, dependable set up at a fraction of the cost of a new one. A comparable carpet cleaning machine new would cost about 12-15 thousand dollars and thats without a van to put it in or a fresh water tank. Just having the equipment installed in a van usually costs $600. With this one it is already done for you and it is a name brand cleaner thats comparable in quality to prochem, blueline, century, white magic, steamway, bane, and butler and others. Im sure i will have some people ask me if i will sell the van or carpet cleaner seperate and the answer to that is maybe. If it doesnt sell as a package i would consider selling just the carpet cleaning equipment but i wont sell the van first. I will also be listing this locally and do reserve the right to end auction early if it sells outside of ebay. Please read this auction and look at pictures. I will require a $500 deposit from the winning bidder that is to be paid within 48 hours of auction ending. The balance is to be paid in cash at time of pick up. If the required deposit is not made within 48 hours of auction ending it will be relisted or sold to another bidder. The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days from the time the auction ends. If you have made the required deposit I will allow an additional 3 days for pick up if needed. The $500 deposit and only $500 is to be paid through paypal and the balance is to be paid in cash only. No personal,cahier,or certified checks and no money orders. Cash only. I do drive the van on occasion so miles may be slightly higher when picked up but it wont be driven once auction has ended except to move around property if needed.
