This vehicle was a seized vehicle by the Township of Gloucester. It was never used or maintained by the township. The vehicle is in good condition. The interior of vehicle has some blemishes. The radio in the vehicle is an after market Pioneer radio. An after market speaker box is also installed in the trunk of this vehicle. There are some additional wires from the glove box which are not connected and were for other after market electronics, which are no longer with the vehicle. This vehicle runs and is operable. However the vehicle does need a battery, which new is estimated at approximately $200.00. The vehicle can be jump started on site. There is damage to the right front fender as shown in the photo's. This vehicle is being sold AS IS. There is no warranty, expressed written or implied. There is no warranty of merchantability or warrant of fitness.The seller shall not be responsible for descriptions, authenticity, genuineness, condition or defects of the vehicle, and makes no warranty in connection with the vehicle, its description, authenticity, fitness, condition or defects. No allowance shall be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. The seller will not provide any independent mechanic, appraisal or other inspection report. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. There will be no test driving of the vehicle. The seller wil make every reasonable effort to known defects associated with this vehicle the buyer's request prior to the final sale. Seller will make no repairs to the vehicle. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repair regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Buyer shall assume responsibility for the vehicle at the point of sale. All bidders must be eighteen (18) years of age. Unless buyer is a licensed dealer, vehicle must be towed or motor shipped from vehicle location unless buyer has a valid drivers license, obtains registration and insurance proof for specified vehicle prior to driving vehicle from stored location. Vehicle must be removed from the grounds within fifteen (15) days of settlement or a storage fee will be charged - amount to $5.00 for each day on subject vehicle. Seller will only accept cash, a certified check or money order payable to Township of Gloucester. PERSONAL CHECKS are not acceptable. Final balance and settlement will be prearranged and made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, registration, fees and other extra costs such as transport and transfer of ownership. Under no circumstances will a refund or adjustment be made because of vehicle not coming up to the standard expected or will failure to inspect be considered grounds for a valid claim. All bidders are urged to physically inspect the vehicles before bidding. Inspection by appointment. All inquiries should contact Detective Seargent James Schriver. The Township of Gloucester reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids if it is in the best interest of the Townshiip of Gloucester. Awards shall be made at the descretion of the Township of Gloucester. If it becomes necessary for the bidder and /or purchaser either as principal or by agent or employee, to enter upon the premises of property of any of the above companies, in oreder to inspect or remove property hereunder, the bidder or purchaser hereby convenants and agrees to take, use, provide, and make all property necessary and sufficient precautions, safeguard and protection against the occurrance of happening of any accidents, injuries, damages, or hurt to any person or property during the progress of the transaction herein covered and to be responsible for and to indemnify and save harmless the township from incriminations and payments or all sums of money by reaszon of all, or any accidnets, injuries, damages, or hurt that may happen or occur upon or about such work and all fines, penalties, and loss incurred for or by reason of the violation of any Township ordinance, regulation or law of the State of the United States, while said work is in progress.
