1991 XR250L street legal Dual Sport bike currently licensed in Nebraska. Less than 200 miles on complete top end rebuild by local motorcycle shop. Cylinder bored, new Wiseco piston, rings, wrist pin, head & base gaskets, and valve job; have receipts. FMF forest service approved exhaust. kick start only, starts in 2-3 kicks when cold, first kick when warm. good tires; about 80% left on Kenda 270. New seat foam and good seat cover. good transmission and clutch. This bike runs great as it is now bored to 280cc. I have not checked milage on this XR, but i've got another very similar and it gets 60-70mpg. chain and sprockets are in good condition with lots of chain adjustment left. it is geared more for off-road right now, but will still cruise 60 mph. with one larger tooth on front it would be a great commuter bike.
