1978 TRANS AM ...... ORIGINAL PAINT/INTERIOR and NUMBERS MATCHING TRANS AM Car appears to be straight with no apparent accidents or replaced parts and only one dent in drivers door. Wheres Burt and the Bird? THIS ENTIRE CAR LOOKS ORIGINAL unfortunately it spent enough time in the sun to bake the top of back seat (black does it!) and the front seats also need redone but look original. Carpet needs replaced. Gauges (except tach I haven't checked it out yet) wipers, power steering, windows, tilt wheel, speedometer, heater fan (who needs a heater in CA this time of year?) all seem to work correctly. Belts are on A/C compressor but I"m sure it needs charged to work. Radio is not factory unless it came with a "Realistic" radio/tape......... All glass is in great shape. 6.6 litre engine runs great and trannie shifts nice. Needs rear brakes. All matching and original "Honeycomb" wheels. Dual exhaust sounds stock and quiet. Rust hole on floor of driver side and surface rust on passenger side and trunk. Apparently the sunroof leaked or was left open for too long. Does not appear to have any other rust issues. If there are "Trans AM rust spots" let me know where and I will check that area.... THIS CAR IS ADVERTISED FOR SALE LOCALLY AND "CASH IS KING".....ALTHOUGH I MIGHT CONSIDER A TRADE???
