Buy this rare, fast and luxurious X5 with confidence. It is still covered under a BMW Certified warranty until 11/18/2012 or 100,000 miles! This excellent condition SUV is a joy to drive. Meticulously maintained, I've added many extras such as a BMW trailer hitch (not the cheap u-haul), BMW all weather mats, and BMW window rain guards. I did replace the original navigation/radio unit with a Kenwood radio containing CD, XM Satellite (unit tastefully installed in the ashtray), USB/IPOD connect, remote, and Bluetooth Audio/Phone. The original and outdated gps/radio was not easy to use, had no aux input or bluetooth audio capabilities and the cd changer was located in the rear of the car making it inconvenient (it had a tape deck behind the nav. screen if that is any indication of it's generation). I have all the service records and have had all the maintenance done either at the BMW dealership or at Autohaus Bayern (they specialize in German cars). A new battery was installed on 10/9/10 and new rear brakes installed on 05/17/10. The car runs perfectly with no issues. This BMW is loaded! See list below in the picture section. All items are installed minus the Nav. system. I have also tried to take pictures of the few flaws present ie., the chips in the front grill area. There are no rips/tears in the leather or elsewhere in the interior.
