It is a one-owner Continental, he is the original purchaser/owner. The car has been continuously garaged and has not seen any significant weathering (salt, snow, ice, extreme heat, etc.) having only been driven locally here in Southern California. Minor Problem areas: I did a pretty thorough inspection of the vehicle and could only find the following issues with the car: Normal wear type scratches on bumper corners (see pics of front bumper corners), Right Rear air suspension spring/bag unit needs replacement* ($90-100 part w/ < 1hr labor), hand wear on leather steering wheel, radio treble knob adjuster missing but still functional w/ fingers, a separate push-on-off knob doesn't turn the radio unit off (you have to just turn the volume knob to silent. The radio power turns off automatically when the car is not in use. The Right Front side lamp has some cracking in outer plastic casing that covers the actual light module; i.e., there is a 2nd layer of plastic that encapsulates the actual electrical socket for the light bulb and this light module is still in sealed, so I have not seen any water seepage problem that would affect the actual light unit functioning. It drives fine at present because once the ignition is started, the part does do its job to raise the suspension to the required level automatically, it just 'leaks' air when not being driven.
