Vehicle Detail
I am selling this car for my parents, they have owned it for may years and they are the second owner. This car needs some repair work, or it can used as a pars car. The car runs and drives quite good, but it's probably more suited for a mechanic at heart. Our family mechanic said that the engine mounts/sub frame for the engine are severely rusted, and he said it's just a SHORT time away until they will let go. He said the parts will run about 900 dollars and the labor about 600 dollars. We want to be OPEN and TRANSPARENT and let you know exactly what you are looking at, so there will be no surprises. This car also needs a rear strut for one of the wheels as you can hear it rattle a bit when taking a turn, and the gas tank does not leak now, but right in the middle of the tank where the seams come together it is showing a bit of dampness, and over time it will develop a small leak in the middle seam. If you just keep your car 1/2 full or less you would be fine as I had the same problem with my last car when it started to leak in the middle seam. And there is a crack in the rear left corner of the bumper too... So that's why we started the price low. We were offered $250 already for this car, but with a working engine and transmission that regularly maintained and taken care of, we really want at least double what we were offered, ideally 700-800 dollars if possible. Payment can be paid in full with paypal, so you can put the whole thing on your credit card and get some points or cashback possibly depending on what type of card and rewards you may have. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Thank you, Neil
