For auction is this 1976 Honda MR250 project bike. Engine number MR250E-1000867 - Frame number MR250-1000847. I got the bike to start by putting gas down the cylinder in the spark plug hole - the bike fired right up - But, there are no internal in the carburetor, so I could not keep it running. It ran until the gas was gone. It needs a new carburetor and throttle assembly with cable. The bike has nice looking DID alloy rims - I gave them a spin and they appear to be straight. The gas tank has many dents - the inside of the gas tank is nice and clean. The seat cover has a couple of small tears in it. The front and rear plastic fenders have to breaks or splits. The front and rear brakes work properly. There are no cracks or breaks in the cases. The cylinder fins are in good condition. There is one broken fin on the rear right side of the cylinder head. The suspension on the bike is fair - has a good bounce. The exhaust is in good condition. The handlebars are very bent. The tires are old and weathered. Sold as-is. Buyer is responsible for the cost and arranging of delivery. Either pick the bike up yourself, or arrange to have it hauled. Daily Direct or Uship online can give you shipping quotes.
