Beautiful car with many upgrades! Best color combination - titanium silver/black leather. Rare sedan/sport package/5 speed. In great condition for a '98. Last and best year of the E36 - side air bags and rear headrests. All maintenance taken care of. All receipts since new. Owned by a BMW enthusiast. Regretfully must sell. There is absolutely no difference in the way it runs and drives now. It starts immediately and idles with no variation in RPM. The car feels solid, has no rattles and is an absolute joy to drive. It will easily last many more years. No evidence of rust or corrosion anywhere. In September 2009, I was involved in a low speed collision when another driver ran a stop light. The impact was on the right front fender. The damage was repaired by a reputable body shop (lifetime warranty on repair). This has in no way affected tire wear and or how the car drives. The upgraded euro glass headlights have a chip on the driver’s side which has been sealed with epoxy. New BMW center cap for right front wheel on order as well as the air bag emblems for the front doors. Hoping that the car will go to someone who will appreciate it as much as I have. Will provide information on how to economically maintain BMW’s. Note that the car is located in San Diego. I went back to school for a year in Illinois hence the current registration.
