For sale is an 1989 325is with black exterior and interior. The car is a blast to drive and will reward the buyer with years of driving pleasure! I purchased this car because I am fan of the E30 body style and wanted a car that I could spend some time working on. The list of new parts on this car is long, so bear with me. The bimmer's timing belt, water pump, and fuel pressure regulator were replaced in December 2009. Over the last year, I also replaced the shocks with Bilstein Sport shocks along with Bavarian Autosport lowering springs. Front control arms and tie rod ends were replaced as well. Front and Rear shock mounts and sway bar links are new. Side markers, front turn signals, and low beam lights are new. I repainted the stock wheels, so they look as new! The engine runs strong; a valve adjustment was completed last summer and it receives synthetic oil changes on regular intervals. It leaks oil but not in a manner dangerous to the car. Power steering leaks as well. The car has a MagnaFlow exhaust which sounds awesome and gives the car better power and fuel mileage. Transmission and Differential are supplied with red line synthetic fluids. The fuel pump, fuel filter, and air filter are new as well. Front tires need to be replaced but the rear tires are in fine shape. The interior is in decent shape. The cracked dash was replaced with another used dash and looks much better. The trim below the steering wheel is missing and the side bolster of the driver's seat is torn. The car has a working cd player and stereo, but the radio antenna does not work. Finally, the sunroof motor works, but one of the cables is broken and needs to be replaced (part included in sale). Most importantly, the A/C blows cold. As usual with these cars, the A/C can't handle 90 degree heat while stopped, but once you get over 30 mph the A/C works great! I purchased the car mileage exempt, so true mileage is unknown. These cars are known to last forever, so you can be confident of this car's longevity. The vehicle is sold as is with no expressed or implied warranty.
