Up for auction is a very nice Chevrolet ElCamino SS396. I have this listed for a good friend of mine who is very fussy with his vehicles. The original 396 is long gone. The vehicle has a excellent running 350 engine and a TH400 trans The trans may be original to the car. I will include a 1969 396 that is a complete engine with all pulleys, brackets, PS, and more. The car is straight. The paint is nicer than it looks in the pis. It shines well. There are a few blisters below the rear window on the lower passenger side. The car is very solid. The lower door seams are perfect. The underneath of the car is very clean and solid. The car came from Montana. All of the trim is original to the car and looks nice but not perfect. I will include a new stainless bed kit. The original SS wheels look nice and have good rubber. Front power disc brakes, and a factory 12 bolt rear. The interior has new carpet, and a custom sewn seat cover. There is a sport wheel in the car and a factory clock. This is a very nice running car that shows well at local car shows. It could use a little detail under the hood. The odometer reads 94,596. I am not 100% positive that this is the original mileage but with the condition of the car it very well could be. It has always been garaged. You can drive this one anywhere or I can help assist with shipping at your expense. It will be hard to find one this nice, clean, mechanically sound, road worthy, clean interior, and beautiful paint and exterior. Always stored inside and driven in the summer months only.
