1982 Dodge Diplomat, was a EX RI Detective/Detail car as I was told. 103,XXX original miles interior is nearly perfect with the exception of fading on the carpets. Dash is SUPER clean and cracked free all the speakers work; heat works great; Driver side of the seat is slightly worn on the inside padding. Outside is in overall nice shape for the age, has some blemishes like any 30 year old car, some slight fading on one spot on the rood and rear top quarter. But there is no major dents or dings it is very very presentable. It has the slant 6 in it 2 barrel carb which seems to run great no major issues besides a tiny leak in the valve cover gasket but it could use a tune-up. It has 4 new tires, new front brakes and a fairly new exhaust. It is RI inspected till 01-13 currently.Only thing the car does need is a new ignition and key looks like someone tryed stealing it, still can start it but it would be nice to have a key and ignition... THANKS GUYS On Mar-29-11 at 15:33:01 PDT, seller added the following information: please remember reserve was set wrong... also noted that there is a small ding in passenger fender and hood and one rear quarter trim, everything else is in good shape IT IS 30 years old and not a show car; just want to be honest with everyone; dont get me wrong this is a SUPER solid untouched car for the age; also noticed front winshield has a old sticker labeled department of defense if that means anything.
