Offered for sale is a 1996 Saturn SW2 wagon for the driver who is concerned about fuel savings. We could not find any mechanical problems with this vehicle. Also check out the above average AutoCheck report. The fuel efficient 1.9L four cylinder twin cam engine runs along without a miss, overheat or smoke. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly without hesitation or slipping. The exterior is a glossy burgundy. It does have a few minor dings that we tried to show in the pictures, no big dents or anything serious (see pic). The windshield is chip or crack free. The lights and lenses are bright and clear with no cracks. The tires have about 50% tread (see pic). The brakes, steering and suspension seem fine. The interior is gray. The cloth seats are clean with no stains or holes. The headliner is attached and not sagging. The carpet is could probably use a cleaning to make it perfect. No sun cracks on the dash. It has a factory AM/FM radio and power door locks. The heat is hot and the AC is cold. This vehicle is under the national average in miles for the year it went into service. It is a nice, inexpensive vehicle that should give the new owner many more years and miles of reliable fuel efficient service. It is being offered by a Maryland Used Car Dealer.
