This "S" class w126 sedan is the most reliable, best riding, safest car I have ever owned and has been the least expensive to maintain as well. Bought it w/ 200K miles 1 year ago (I'm 2nd owner); now at 220K, I would take it across the country tomorrow without hesitation. Rides great, rock solid on the road, and stately about town. Bullet proof safety. Gas mileage is 15/20 & what a ride. I have owned a Cadillacs and a Corvette & The Benz is hands down the best! It needs nothing, but here are somethings that you can do if you want. The cruise control works about 50% of the time (vacuum line). There is a small indentation in the hood & some minor scratches (it is 21 years old) Like almost every older benz the sunroof does not open and does not leak. This is common for these vehicles, new side tracks would fix it. I had a costum cd/dvd/mp3/USB stereo installed (with a 1 year warranty). New looking interior in great condition. some of the extras these cars come with are: AC, PW,PDL,PS, Telescoping steering, Power head rests, headlight wipers, & more.
