Up for auction is my mint condition 1977 Lincoln Town Coupe with 32,486 actual miles. This is a two owner car that has never been driven in the winter, only in the spring, summer and fall. There is no rust on the undercarriage, lower door panels, or fenders anywhere on this car. The paint still shines and the chrome and bumpers appear perfect. There is one small dent on the left front fender and one on the hood if you look hard enough for them. There are no scratches or creases anywhere on this car. The trunk area is in as new condition. There are no stains or rips and tears in the trunk upholstery. The original spare tire has never been on the ground. The spare tire is the same solid aluminum dish type rim. The tires are 50% and will need to be replaced if you want a daily driver. The interior is in absolute new condition. There are no rips or wear marks anywhere. There is no sun fade to any parts of the interior. There is no fading or cracking in any parts of the dash or interior panels. The car has never been smoked in. The four ash trays and lighters are unused and in new condition. The carpet is perfect showing no wear. The original floor mats show as new. Both power windows and seats work as well as the door locks. The AM/FM Stereo 8 Track works perfectly as well as the power antenna. The original window sticker is affixed to the passenger window. This Town Coupe's glass all show as new with no fading, cracks, or chips. The engine compartment has been cleaned. The 4 barrel carb was cleaned and rebuilt last November. The plugs, points, wires, and electronic spark control module was replaced at that time. The brake master cylinder was replaced last November also. This 460 V8 Town Coupe absolutely runs out perfect. If you sit in the drivers seat you will feel no engine vibration when the car is running. The transmission fluid and filter were changed last November. The transmission shifts perfectly. This car drives perfectly as a low mileage 32,000 mile car should. The heater blows hot. The only issue with this car is the air conditioner will need to be recharged.
