Up for auction is my 79 Z28 with only 24,000 miles on it. It is a true survivor car sporting its original paint,decals and interior. The car is in unbelievable condition for a 31 year old car. Its a very desireable color combo of Black with to-tone gold stripes and a saddle interior. The original paint on the car is in great shape with only a few miner imperfections up close and the decals are still vibrant with the exception of the hood decal which has some fading like they all do. Never had any rust at all and allways garaged from day one. The orignal interior is pristine condition with only one small imperfection in the carpet which is not noticable and would not touch. Dashboard as absolutly perfect and all the gauges work properly. Even the factory 8track player plays perfect. This is the most loaded Z ive ever seen with pwr windows,pwr locks,tilt wheel,cruise control,intermintant wipers,am-fm 8 Track stereo,Air Conditioning,T-Tops,Gold colored Turbine wheels and Very rare reclining drivers bucket seat all documented on the original Buildsheet. It was delivered new to Mid-City Chevrolet in Laurel MD. I have all the original documents for the car including all books and warranty booklet and delivery sheet and every registration from new documenting the low miles. The trunk is mint with a perfect floor and original spare never out of the trunk. Under the hood has never been touched with the original hoses and belts still intact and the car still wears its original exhaust system with unique tailpipes that are not reproduced. While not a perfect car its got to be one of the best examples out there to be had. It runs and drives like new with no rattles and the Tops do not leak water at all. the original bags are in the trunk like new.
