Jeep Wrangler YJ based Rock Crawler / Off-Road Vehicle Full custom built jeep wrangler from the ground up... Long list of specs.... Everything on the jeep was bought brand new and still like new, only 500 or so miles on it since the build! Specs: *Custom Fabricated Tube Chassis Setup *Trianglated 4-Link Setup for (F&R) axles Johnny Joints and bushings 1 1/2" DOM tubing *Fox Suspension 12" Air Shocks custom valved and setup Fox 2.5's for front, 2.0's for rear. *Fox 4"Bump stops (F&R) *Blue Torch Fab 10" quad wrap limit straps (F&R) *3/4 Ton late model Ford axles,Fully overhauled with new disk brakes. Dana 60 Front, Sterling 10.5 Rear , front is open diff (can be welded bc t has locking hubs) Rear has factory locker. 4.10 Gear Ratio, Geared good with the auto trans, hits overdrive at 55mph, 4 wheel low creeps and crawls with no problems. Jeep climbs very impressively being still open front diff. Custom built axle truss system for (F&R) axles. *Brand new 39.5" Superswamper IROK Bias Tires on 17" Rock crusher wheels. *Heavy Duty Chromoly 1 1/2" crossover steering setup. ( the stuff used on hydralic rams, $50 dollars a foot...) * Unbreakable* 3/4" HD teflon heims rated at 30k lbs used * Chromoly Trak Bar with 30k lb heims used with custom brackets. *New 1 ton Steering box setup *Brand NEW CRATE ENGINE from Hesco. Custom built,(inline 6 , 4.0 ho) now a 4.2 liter engine, also had a Comp Torque cam installed. Engine alone was $5000, about 500 miles on the engine, very strong, runs perfect. Makes a ton of torque and hp. Controlled by using a 93-95 engine harness and ecu, and still is fuel injected. *New radiator, waterpump, power steering pump and tensioners used. *Fresh 42RE Auto Trans, Np231 fully rebuilt, SYE kit Installed Custom built HD front and rear drive shafts Body specs: Alot of time and work went into the body. * started with a 1990 model tub and other body panels were completely sand blasted ppg epoxy primer applied. interior of tub was Herculined and under the hood and fire wall. PPG base coat clear coat Pewter effect paint job. Gen Right 3/16" comp corners body armor installed with oval led tail lights Custom cut 3/16" rocker panels that run to the front along the tube sliders making the fenders. Rear tail gate also has 3/16" body armor and also right below it on the tub does too. all Gen right stainless hardware used. * 20 Gal. Fuel Cell located in rear of the jeep Using oem style plastic fuel injection hose and quick disconnects. * New Smitty built seats * Best top tonnea cover, windbreaker and duster cover * Aluminum Dash with mechanical gauges ( 93-95 dash harness so a stock cluster could be used if wanted) * Grant steering wheel. * 94-95 Wrangler sport roll bar that was modified and added on to making a custom roll cage. * Metal Half doors with black soft top halfs. * New Smitty built Xrc 8k lb winch with cover * New high lift jack and snatch block included. * Custom mesh front grill / radiator protection * Front tube bumper that ties into tube fenders and rock sliders * Rear is zero degree approach angle, front would be also but the winch roller block sticks out a little more than the wheels. * Wheel base (center hub to center hub 112") Also included with sale, New High Lift Jack, and a brand new 37" Goodyear MT Tire (Brand new $450 dollar value) The jeep drives very well on the road also! There may be stuff I overlooked on the spec list but theres a ton of money and time invested in this jeep. Gets alot of attention.
