For auction is this 1974 Suzuki TM400 project bike. The engine turns over and has compression. The gas tank has small dents and scratches on both sides toward the back. The inside of the gas tank looks rusty. There are no broken fins on the cylinder or head. The left side of the caes has a break where the chain has come out before ( damage can be seen in one of the photos ) - you'll also see that when the chain came out, it took the back half of the engine numbers with it. The seat is torn and the mounting bolts are missing. The plastic front fender is in good condition, but the mud flaps are broken. The rear plastic fender has scratches and you can see a bend in the plastic on the side. The exhaust pipe is in fair condition - there is a shallow dent on the right side behind the foot peg. The muffler canister is bent and the end cap is missing. The alloy rims look to be in good condition ( just real dirty ). The bike has a Mikuni carburetor. The front brake lever end is broken and there is no brake cable. The handle bars look to be straight. The right rear shock has no outer spring on it. There is no paperwork with the bike. I will provide a Bill of Sale. The bike is being sold as-is. Buyer is responsible for the cost and arranging of delivery.Either pick the bike up yourself, or arrange to have it hauled. Please have your shipping arrangements made before the end of the auction as I will store the bike no longer than 2 weeks. Any longer than 2 weeks, a $10.00 per week storage fee will be charged. I will accept Paypal, money orders or cash, if picking up in person. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required through Paypal within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
