This auction is for a 1966 Ford Custom Cab pickup truck. It has the 352 FE V8 engine and automatic transmission, both are original to the truck. The rear window, side windows and vent glass are original and in perfect condition. The windshield has been replaced. I listed the mileage the odometer shows, since it seems to match the condition of the truck, but no way to be sure. The interior pieces, seat, floor covering, dash, etc, all look factory stock. Gauges all work, as does the headlights, taillights, brake lights, parking lights, turn signals and even the license plate lights. The truck body is solid, as is the frame and undercarriage. Slight surface rust in places as usual with a 45 yr. old truck. Mostly dirt from being a farm/ranch truck. It has Ford's Twin-I-Beam front suspension and it works great, on and off road. Smooth ride for a truck. No real rattles or squeaks. Good fit and function. Bought it from the second owner five or so years back and have only used it when needing a truck. We now have a new truck, so this one has to go. The body is straight and the grille and front bumper look really nice. The original rear bumper got bent and was replaced with a new chrome one. The marks on the lower rear fenders were where it originally wrapped around and attached. That area can be smoothed out and painted or left alone, up to the buyer.
