Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my project I have been working on for 4 years. This car is running but will need the fuel injector system flushed and breaks bled (new pads on front & rear). The tank was cleaned and re-sealed. Paint is okay for now, could use new paint job in near future. Doors and air dam need sanding still. Currently the air dam and front bumper are not installed. In pictures it has the air dam on there but held up by the box under it. The interior is in great condition, it does have a dash shell glued in place, there is no radio installed but does have new Kenwood CD player to go with it (still in box). The door trim pieces are not installed currently. These are all small projects I have not found time to do. Between work, school, and kids I have no time for this anymore. Kids are getting into activities and takes up a lot more time. It does have a rust hold on the passenger side floorboard and in the tire well. No larger than a golf ball. The rims and tires on it in the picture are brand new and never driven (cost of $750 alone). Not looking for what I put into it, but looking for honest amount. Please do not bis until you are confident you want this car. This car is being auctioned "as is". Any questions I will honestly answer to the best of my knowledge. Please allow 24 hours for response to questions. There is all the parts of another car I scrapped that will go with this to include... -Brand new ZG Flare set (never installed) -engine block -heads -5 speed trans -interior trim parts -2 addition sets of rims & tires -all glass except rear hatch ( I broke spare) -Many more smaller parts. Added Information on 3/13/11: The car has aftermarket springs that has lowered it and stiffened the ride. Also the front bumper (not installed) that comes with the car is a aftermarket early 70's thin bumper (fiberglass) with brackets. Added Information on 3/15/11: It currently has a 4 speed in it and a 5 speed that goes with it. All gauges work as does the original clock. Heater works, no A/C. Windows operate as designed. To clarify, the body is in decent good condition for a 76 car. It does have normal dings and wear. Around the driver rear there is some bondo work (pictured) as well as the driver door. I did have the rocker panels replaced as they were rusted (normal on Z's) so those are solid and rust free. There is very minimal rust on this car. I removed any that I ran into. I will have a USB drive loaded with pictures from start to finish to go with the car as well. The current rims / tires on the car are 16x8.5 w/ P245/50R16's. Also added a few underbody pics. They are not good quality pics as I did not pull it out of the garage to take.
