You are bidding on a gorgeous 1969 Series II Jaguar E Type 2+2 coupe. It has an automatic transmission and factory A/C (working). This two owner car is an original California Blue Plate, numbers matching car and is in great, turnkey condition. This car has not seen any adverse weather conditions in its life. The car is an original Primrose Yellow example. The paint is in very good/ excellent condition. There is no filler on the body from what I can tell. The front seats have been recovered in black leather (original color for the interior) and are in excellent condition as well. The back seat, arm rest, door panels and dash are original and show only a slight patina. The front and rear bumpers are in excellent condition while the window trim chrome, door handles and windshield chrome show some age. The wheels are original to the car and chrome is in excellent condition. It runs and drives very well, starts without a problem. The gear box shifts smoothly. The floors and rockers are solid. The brakes were replaced and suspension redone three years ago. The windshield wiper blade on the passenger’s side does not move when in operation. There is an after market radio installed but I have the original radio that goes along with the car. I also have the original owner’s manual and a shop manual.
