DUE TO A NONPAYING WINNER, THIS ITEM IS BEING RELISTED, IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 5 FEEDBACK POINTS YOU MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE PLACING A BID, NO CONTACT AND YOUR BID WILL BE CANCELLED, NO EXCEPTIONS! you are viewing an excellent running, smooth shifting, 5.7 litre v-8 equipped 1995 chevrolet tahoe ls 4x4. the wife is telling me to get rid of it, something about having five vehicles titled in my name! since i took ownership i have replaced: radiator ( upgraded to 2 core), thermostat (195 degree, factory) with new coolant, catalytic converter (old one was split open),new tie rods installed (all four), new pitman arm installed, and stereo unit. engine runs very good and has lots of power for having 170k on it, four speed trans w/overdrive shifts smoothly, four wheel drive works great (goes in immediately), exterior is in good condition with the exception of the drivers side barn door, has a large dent, and because the crash bar inside door is bent, it can't easily be pushed out (i tried). paint is ok, lots of scratches that can probably be buffed out. there are a couple of spots where paint is missing, mainly on the barn doors (see pics). tires are decent, the 2 in the rear are in great shape with lots of tread left but the front 2 are bald on the outside because of the bad tie rods (lots of tread in middle and inside of tires). i dont know if the a/c works, it's been too cold to test it. the clutch bearing on the a/c compressor is noisy. the interior needs a good cleaning with the "trunk" area being the worst, i think previous owner spilled gear oil in the trunk so the inside smells of it. sun visors are shot. power mirrors don't work properly, they only go down, need new switch in drivers door. cruise control works good. tahoe does have factory tow package with an 8500 lb. hitch, package includes trans cooler and oil cooler. frame is in great condition having only surface rust ( normal since frame wasn't painted). please ask lots of questions and i will try to answer them quickly and to the best of my knowledge. inspection ran out at the end of february. In my opinion the tahoe should pass inspection with two new front tires and a wheel alignment. i will expect a $250.00 deposit within 48 hours of auction ending. i will accept paypal for deposit only! balance due to be payed in cash, certified bank check, or money order only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS! pick-up only and within 2 weeks of recieving deposit. tahoe is 100% drivable and i would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. it does need a wheel alignment because of the new steering items listed above, it does drive straight but the steering wheel is a little off center. tahoe is located in bethlehem, pa. about 1 mile south of the lehigh valley international airport. I WILL CALL THE ISSUING BANK OF ANY CHECK TO VERIFY ITS AUTHENTICITY PRIOR TO RELEASING VEHICLE OR TRYING TO DEPOSIT THE CHECK!!! if the winning bid reaches $2500.00 or more i will take it to get front end aligned. i recently purchased new tires for my dodge truck so winning bidder can have the old tires as they are the same size as the tires on the tahoe 245/75/16. if i do not receive a deposit within 48 hrs. of auction close, the tahoe will be relisted immediately or offered to the next highest bidder at my choosing. im not trying to be mean in anyway, but i had to wait two weeks to relist because of a nonpayment resolution. i do not offer shipping and i will not help with making shipping arrangements including paying the shipper out of your over payment to me. if the winning bidder wants to make all the arrangements, i will help load in any way i can
