1987 Volkswagen Vanagon GL with 211981 miles. The odometer still works on this one, so I believe the mileage to be correct. The van is in great shape for its age with minimal rust spots and slight body damage (see photos). I just installed a new battery and it just passed its smog test. The rack and pinion were just rebuilt and the oil has been changed. The van runs and drives great and appears to have been taken care of. Manual trans shifts smooth and goes into gear with no issues. The interior is in great shape and the van still has its original mattress in the back. It has the overhead AC, but it probally needs a recharge. The tires look like they were recently replaced and they are in excellent shape. The AM/FM/Cassette stereo still works, but needs an antenna. The van only has one of the original bumper wings, but replacements are available. The shocks that hold up the rear door are bad, but a previous owner installed some piping that works to hold it up. The van comes with its original owners manuals. Vehicle is sold by NoHo Scooters, INC., and licensed dealer. It is sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. California buyers will have to pay sales tax, registration, $15 title transfer fee, $55 doc fee, $60 smog fee, and $8.25 for smog certificate. Out of state buyers shipping via bonded carrier don't have to pay the sales tax, registration, and title transfer fees. Buyer is responsible for arranging for and paying for shipping.
