Thanks for looking. Numbers matching 1968 corvette convertible. 327CI / 350HP, 4 speed, factory AC. I have alot of the original documents including, protect-o-plate, owners manual, original invoice from Jay Marks Chevrolet, buy/sell transactions, alot of service records, etc. (look at the pictures) Odometer shows 58,650 and last service report i have that indicates the mileage was in 1991 showing 51,887 (draw your own conclusion). This vet runs just fine and is a blast to drive. Lots of thumbs up going down the road. Car has never seen rain, been garage kept and covered since I bought it 2 years ago. Items that need attention: Vacuum circuit for headlights/wipers needs attention. Lights work fine just one comes up and goes down a couple seconds before the other. Wiper arms/door need adjustment. Original radio is not working but seems to have power. When I bought it I was told needed an AC compressor I have not looked into this (seem to always drive it with the top down). The distributor is still a points type (kept original) the tach pickup lead is bad thus the tach is not working. Mechanic said the tach appears fine and if the distributor is replaced the tach should work. There is a an occassional clunk in the steering column when turning from a stopped position (defintely coming from the column and not the gear box-Has been this way ever sonce I bought it and have not looked into but does not effect the driving). I only cruised in this car for pleasure on the weekends with good weather. I am not in a bind to have to sell it and I reserve the right to end the auction early due to atempting to sell locally.
