Up for auction is a 1970 Chevelle. Big Block 396 (correct 402 style block), red exterior, with black SS stripes, all new SS interior, including dash, correct A52 bench seat option, SS bumpers, hood, grille and trim. Original SS wheels. Car built to look and sit as stock. Engine and auto transmission custom built. Also includes performance cam, intake, carb, ignition and headers. To give performance of Baldwin-Motion cars. Exhaust sound is perfect. Nice rumble, but not obnoxious. This is a very strong running 396, but very streetable. 3.42 gear with PS and PB make it nice in town and on the open road. If you want a super nice muscle car, that you don't have to work on, that turns heads wherever you go, then this is the car. I have included pictures of the car before and after, I installed the Baldwin-Motion parts and emblems. As you may know, the Motion parts are very expensive and hard to find. You can have either the current Motion look or stock look. It is up to you. I will include the stock air cleaner and valve covers. If you prefer, the emblems may be removed easily with a heat gun. Chevy Muscle Car guys go crazy over Motion stuff and the car has been a big hit, everywhere I have taken it. Very different at a car show or meet.
