This is a clean 1987 Mercedes Benz 300SDL Turbo Diesel with no reserve. Dispite the mileage, this quality vehicle is just getting started. The vehicle is powered by a 3.0L six cylinder turbo diesel inline layout which generates 150 horse power. The engine runs 100% with no miss or oil leakage. The four speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly without hesitation or slippage. The EPA estimates the mileage to be 19 city and 21 highway MPG. The exterior is a glossy white which is in good condition considering the age. There are a few minor dings that we tried to show in the pictures however the overall condition is very good. The brakes, suspension and steering are good. The glass is good with the exception of a quarter inch chip in the center of the windshield. The tires, on alloy wheels, probably have about 30% tread left (see pic). The lights and lenses are bright. The interior is a clean dark red burgundy. The heated leather seats have mininal wear considering the mileage (see pic). The carpets are also clean without stains (see pic). The wood and leather on the dash are in good condition (see pic). All the power options such as side view mirrors, windows, seats, sunroof, cruise control, etc. work as designed. It has a factory Becker AM/FM cassette but it does not work. Not sure about that. The climate control works (AC and heat). All in all, it's a nice car which should provide the new owner with many more miles and years of reliable service.
