This 1970 beetle is a serious head turner. The custom paint is really nicely done aside from the two spots pictured. The paint job was almost $3000. I have the paint codes if you care to match the current paint scheme. As far as mechanical issues there are none that I am aware of the bug runs great. Starts on the first turn and is a reliable car to get around in. There is little rust, which is pictured, and it is petty much surface deep. The carpet and headliner have been removed in a search for rust, the drives side floor pan as well as the rear half of the passenger side floor pan have been replaced. The interior features a smooth custom dash , and sony audio. As for the mileage, i am not the original owner,nor did i install the new gauges so I can not speak to the accuracy of them. I know i seems that I mainly listed negatives but i believe thats what people want to know. I can answer any questions and am willing to post more picture if you are interested. thank you for looking. I have relisted this car because I had a fraudulent buyer. I can answer some questions that I was asked during the first sale. The engine is a stock 1600cc I put new spark plugs and a k&n air filter otherwise it is original. The door panels are present but should also be replace to have a finish piece. The wind shield also has a small crack, did not keep the car from passing inspection.
