1967 VW Bus Split Window Walk Thru I have for sale my 1967 VW Bus. It has a new engine and runs great! I recently divorced and this was a family project car and somehow I got it in the divorce but didnt get the knowledge or skills to fix it up! Really would love to keep it but just dont have the time needed to fix it up or the money! The front bumper is missing. It has rust in the front floor boards but other than that, not much rust at all> It has been garaged for two years, just recently pulled it out to take pix, so its a little dusty!On Feb-14-11 at 11:22:49 PST, seller added the following information: Just had mechanic come up and look this morning...he says due to it sitting so long it will need new clutch and brakes possibly. But shouldnt take to much to get that going and I shouldnt have a hard time selling this princess at all. It has a rebuilt 1835cc engine built for an airplane in Mack, CO and purchased for the bus. It is very peppy and will go faster than most original engines. The interior is down to the basics. The only place I have found any rust in in the front floor boards, the back it is good. All windows and screens in tack and all window rollers work. Cant find any bondo work. I will post more pix of the interior as soon as I can. Thank you for all the interest!!
