Up for sale is a 1996 1500 GMC Suburban. This is one tuff SUV do not let the mileage be a major factor if you are looking for an all-around SUV that can serve as a family hauler, a pickup truck, tow vehicle or a vehicle that can be used in any capacity you so desire to use it in. Until a week ago I was using the Suburban as my everyday primary back n fourth to work vehicle. The vehicle currently has some minor defects with the BODY (Rear Window need to be replaced/has a Tahoe replacement fender on drivers side front), INTERIOR (tear in drivers side Front seat and rear cargo area carpet may need replacing), DRIVE TRAIN (four wheel drive solenoid that locks the front drive axle is acting up Part cost $90 and the ABS Brake light is on I am not sure why) ENGINE runs great but currently has a minor fuel injector hick up. I priced a replacement fuel injector spider assembly that’s has all 8 injectors and the part was $120. The truck is drive able anywhere even with the bad fuel injector but I would recommend replacing the injector as soon as possible. The tires have some tread life left but they will need to be replaced soon. AC does work but will need to be serviced/recharged. Now for the list of the other stuff the truck is equipped with. A New GM direct from the factory Transmission about 2Yrs old cost $3800.00 installed, Eldelbrock shocks for GM Trucks $308, Flex a lite Dual electric fans for GM trucks cost $550, Upgraded Extra heavy duty and Capacity radiator $250.00, Upgraded 130amp Alternator $270, New Starter $150, MTX Center Console 10inch Stealth Sub- woofer system $400 (looks like factory center console but has a built in sub-woofer), New fuel pump $200, New fuel pressure regulator $80, New front brakes $60, New Plugs GM Platinum $50, New Plug wires $40, New ignition coil $80, New Electronic Ignition Control Module $70, New Power Train Computer $400, New Distributor Cap n Rotor $50 and a New Dura-last Gold 1000 CA Battery $97. With a little more work this can be a great looking and perfect running truck. I have always done meticulous maintenance on this vehicle. Mobil one with Lucas additive oil changes for entire life of truck every 5-7k. I am the second owner of the Suburban and I aquired it with 24k on the odometer so it has been in my care for quite sometime. Over-all this will make a great work vehicle or family vehicle if you needed one. This is a no reserve auction so whatever the truck sells for so be it, I have to get it moved right away no more room to keep it. You could not buy the parts for the price this Suburban will sell for. I will be advertising this vehicle for sale locally so it may sell before auction end.
