IT HAS SPENT THE MAJORITY OF IT'S LIFE HERE IN SUNNY RUST FREE ARIZONA SO IT HAS NEVER BEEN EXPOSED TO HARSH WEATHER OF ANY KIND. THE ORIGINAL OWNERS WE PURCHASED IT FROM WERE SNOWBIRDS AND IT SPENT THE WINTERS IN ARIZONA AND THE SUMMERS IN WASHINGTON STATE.
