1977 RED Monte Carlo I am the second owner of this car. It has a 400 engine in it that was rebuilt from NAPA. It has 14,000 miles on the engine. It has dual exhaust and air shocks. It was repainted I beleive in 1986. There is some small minor scratches from normal use and a little surface rust the size of a golf ball by rear wheel fender at bottom. The crome rims have a little surface rust also in spots. The tires have approximately 80% tread. It has never seen winter since 1984. It use to be my high school car and then when I graduated I just took it out once in a while throughout the years during the summer and put the car back in the shed. This last fall we had a thief break into the shed and stole the stereo out of the car. I am selling the car because I want it to go to a good home where it can be protected better. The vent underneath the dash will need to be fixed because the thief broke the vent when stealing the stereo. Looks like it would be an easy fix. I have a replacement dash and side door panel in the trunk that is in good condition for extra parts. Please note I have the right to end auction early because I have it listed locally too.
