Please read and understand before bidding. You are bidding for the opportunity to order a 2012 Ford Mustang BOSS 302. The eBay listing shows a 2011, but the auction is for a 2012. The auction is for the Boss coupe only, NOT the Laguna Seca Pakage. Crain Ford Inc. is a small country Ford dealer located in northeastern Indiana, in the town of Warren. We have been allocated by Ford Motor Company to be able to order a new 2012 Ford Mustang BOSS 302. I have not yet ordered the car. I am offering the car at dealer cost (dealer invoice), PLUS THE HIGHEST BID. The winning bidder will get to order the car the way he or she would like, to Ford specs. Bidding starts at $100.00. Dealer cost starts at approximately $38250.00 for a base BOSS and fully loaded dealer cost is approximately $40825.00. Price may be subject to a price increase by Ford Motor Company. Whatever way you decide to order the car, you will pay the true dealer invoice cost plus your bid. (Example, If the car you order has a cost of $38500.00 and the final winning bid was $2500.00, the price of the car would total $41000.00.) Plus Sales tax. You pick the colors and the options according to Ford specs. The car will be ordered for you after the eBay auction ends. I will keep you informed as to progress of your order. The car may take several weeks to come in. The car will be shipped to us at Crain Ford. I will NOT ship this car to another Ford dealer. When the car arrives we will prep it and make it ready for you. You will need to come to Warren, Indiana for pick up and or make you own shipping arrangements. PAYMENT: You will be expected to pay all of the winning bid up to $2000.00 within 3 days by pay pal. If the winning bid is over $2000.00, you and I will make arrangements to pay the remainder. The remaining dealer cost amount will be paid directly to us at Crain Ford at time of delivery. Make sure you can make the financial arrangements before you bid. I can offer Ford Motor Credit Financing, pending approved credit. Indiana law requires that we charge you 7% sales tax on the total, regardless of what state you live in. We will give you all the paper work needed to go to your department of motor vehicles, including sales tax papers that most states honor as sales tax paid. You may want to check with your state DMV, BMV. Also your papers will include a Certificate of Origin, (title) and a mileage statement. If you are a dealer, you will not have to pay sales tax. I would need a copy of your dealer license and a tax I.D. number. If you are the final winning bidder, the bid amount will NOT be refunded. Make sure you know what you are doing before bidding.
