Vehicle Detail
Selling my *rust free* 1967 cal style bug. Motor is a 1776 with dual carb set up. adjustable/shortned beam. Tires are new, carpet is new, pop out windows, porche rims, (wide 5), Clean fenders with blinkers in the headlights. I just spent 800 bucks on the motor and it runs exclent. I have receipts. Needs seats redone, headliner, and the flasher relay. Turn signals do not currently work because of the relay. No radio, no speakers. Has not been hacked to fit larger stereo, still has the original cut out for it. Paint is good. This is my 4th bug and by far it is the cleanest one I have had. I can honestly say that their is not on inch of rust on it. Always garage kept. Selling because I need the money otherwise I would keep it. I can send more pictures on request but only to very interested buyers. 67' is a some what of a collector car and for the price I'm setting the bid at I'm practically giving it away. Could use an alignment and that it. I drive it when it is warm out to work and it is a blast. Pans are original from what I have seen, I rhino lined the inside then put in sound deadning material, then the new carpet. No wrecks no crashes, title is clean. Has 67' low back seats in it. Heaters work. I would have no problem driving this thing anywhere. Speedo reads 7,000 so I'm assuming it's 107. Windows are good with no cracks. I put a picture with no interior to show the work I've done to prevent any rust from starting on the inside. It's all rhino lined. The undercarriage has a protective coat on it which is pealing off in areas. I can assure anyone it is no rust or is not starting to rust. Running boards are also nice and solid. Feel free to ask questions and happy bidding. I just updated with some pictures of the interior. As you can see it is pretty much at the beggining stages for seat covers and headliner. I have priced it out and it's not to badly priced depending on what you choose. As I said ealier carpet and padding is already in. I can't recall the name of the padding/sound deadning material but it is like the type of stuff car audio places use.
