I own 2 Range Rovers (4.6 HSE and 4.0 SE) I tried to sell the HSE 2 weeks ago but no one is willing to pay a fair price for it so I decided to keep it and sell the 4.0 instead. It,s cheaper because beacuse it needs work. It's has been my daily driver for the last 2 plus years and burns less gas than the 4.6. The truck looks really good and still get a lot of complements.The paint is clean with a few barely noticable scratches and holds a good shine. I got the vehicle with damaged front and rear bumpers and right rear quarter panel. The bumpers and quarter panel were replaced. The leather interior is nice and clean with no cracks or tears and looks exceptional for its age. As is common, the headliner is sagging in the rear. The wheels were upgraded to 19" 2003 Rover wheels. This truck so far has been very reliable and it gives a great ride, but the tires are getting a bit noisy. It still has the original air suspension. I replaced both rear air springs a year ago. and retrofitted air valves under the hood so that all 4 springs can be pumped up individually. The EAS warning is on at the moment because I removed the relay to control the suspension or else it automaticaly lowers itself. I have a computer cable coming in a few days to try and reset it, but at the moment its works fine, just pump to any height and go. It's front drive shaft was rebuilt about 2 months ago. The water pump was was also replaced about a year ago. The engine is a bit noisy which is expected with that many miles but it runs well and does not burn oil. The muffelr has a hole but is not loud. It will need replacing soon.The transmission shifts smoothly. The AC does not work. The condensor is leaking. A used one can be bought on ebay for less than $100.00. There is a crack running from the mirror down to the right lower corner of the windshield. I like the truck but I need to get rid of one soon. The truck is very drivable as is but will need attention as you go. If you are serious and handy you can have a satisfying ride, fixing as you drive. This vehicle is for local pickup only.
